"We did have roaches in our room. They didn’t refill the conditioner in the restroom. We never got our room cleaned. Stains on the carpet."

"Overall, this was the most unpleasant experience we’ve had at a Doubletree hotel. We enjoyed the cookies very much at all Doubletree locations. During check-in, I was not informed about on-site restaurants, bars, pool hours, facilities, or amenities included with the hotel booking. I also wasn’t guided on how to reach my room and seemed to be treated as an inconvenience when I asked questions. To make matters worse, I booked through hotels.com and believed my room would have a mountain view, as shown on the website of and app of the booking platform. If you're booking through here (hotels.com), double-check to ensure you’re getting what you expect—my room faced the parking lot and a tree. The rooms are outdated; my bathroom, in particular, seemed moldy, with mold on the ceiling and around the faucets."

"We stayed for one night and it was perfect. So convenient to have a fridge in the room and a mini kitchen. Also, the grounds were beautiful!"

"Incredible experience for a Stage Coach Weekend, for that matter any stay. Standouts, The STAFF( from start valet, check in, housekeeping all restaurant staff ,poolside). Every individual made our stay perfection. I recommend this stay for couples and families. The rooms clean with an amazing view. I can go on . I just say- Go and check it out for a stay. "Stayed 2 nights in April for Coachella (2nd weekend) although the place was a little dated it was quiet, clean and safe! I had no issue everywhere was getting premium prices for the weekend this place was one of the cheapest I THINK? Anyway my only negative would be I THINK the pool was closed? Anyway definitely cool!"

"I was very dissatisfied with my stay. It was during stagecoach and for $1700 for three nights I will never stay there again. The room was completely filthy. Bedsheets were stained and dirty, floors were filthy and looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while, the bathroom and shower still had hair from the previous traveler and was overall still dirty. The only thing I was very satisfied about was the cold AC"

"Staff was awesome. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and very good. Lived the mojitos and the Mexican mules. Our only complaint, no one ever cleaned the pool or pool area and the garbages were overflowing and stuff following out. I’d see the same empty drinks and containers 2 days later"
